What the website collects

  • Free consultation requests: your name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method and time, preferred location, and anything you choose to write. Used only to arrange and hold your free call. Lawful basis: your consent, and steps you ask for before any agreement.
  • The form never asks for health information. Please don't include any; you can share what you're comfortable with on the call.
  • Analytics: only if you accept statistics cookies. See the cookie policy.

Who helps run the site

Requests are stored and processed by these providers on Wellcentred's behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database, London region), Cloudflare (spam protection) and Formspree (forwarding requests by email). Some are based in the US and use approved safeguards for international transfers.

How long it's kept

Consultation requests are deleted once they've been dealt with, and within 12 months at most.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent at any time: email nicki@wellcentred.co.uk. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
